Privacy Policy

The Personalization Hub LLC, doing business as The Personalization Hub™, operates a personalization kiosk at Gloucester Premium Outlets, Space TT9, 100 Premium Outlets Drive, Blackwood, NJ 08012, and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. You can reach us about privacy at thepersonalizationhub@gmail.com.

Information you give us. When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address if you choose shipping, the text you want personalized, the occasion, notes, your pickup time and any photo you upload. When you contact us: your name, email, phone if provided, and your message. When you join our list: your email address and, if provided, your name.

Information collected automatically. Our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems. Uploaded photos are re-saved by your browser before upload, which removes hidden photo metadata such as GPS location.

What we do not do. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

• to produce, deliver and support your order, including contacting you about it;
• to answer your messages and questions;
• to send you news about new designs and events, only if you joined our list;
• to protect the website, our customers and our business from fraud, spam and misuse; and
• to keep the records that tax and accounting laws require, and to comply with other legal obligations.

We use the photos you upload only to make and support your order. Only our staff can see them, through a password-protected system. We never use your photos for advertising, social media or display without your separate written permission, and we never sell them or use them to train software.

We delete your photo 30 days after your order is completed or cancelled. We keep it for that short period so that, if something is wrong with your item, we can remake it without asking you for the photo again. In every case, photos are deleted no later than 180 days after the order was placed. Photos uploaded for an order that was never placed are deleted within two days. You can ask us to delete your photo sooner at any time by emailing thepersonalizationhub@gmail.com.

If your photo shows other people, including children, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us for your order, as explained in our Terms of Service.

We share personal information only with:

• service providers that run our website, database and email on our behalf, who may use it only to provide those services to us;
• shipping carriers, if you choose shipping, to deliver your package;
• authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public; and
• a buyer or successor if our business is sold or transferred, subject to this policy.

Our Visit Us page shows an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy. You can use our address or the directions link instead.

The website stores a few small items in your browser to remember choices, for example that you closed the promotion banner or the email sign-up window, and to show your order confirmation. These are not used to track you across websites. Staff who sign in to our admin area receive a secure sign-in cookie. You can clear stored items through your browser settings.

• Photos: as described in section 4.
• Order records, without photos: for as long as needed for customer service, and for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to seven years.
• Messages sent through our contact form: up to two years.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Security logs: for a short period, generally no more than 90 days.

Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including New Jersey and California, may have these and additional rights under those laws, and we will honor them.

To make a request, email thepersonalizationhub@gmail.com or call (856) 655-9599. We will confirm your identity, usually by matching details from your order, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must show your written permission. If we decline a request, we will explain why and how you can appeal by replying to our response. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as tax records.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any such sale or sharing.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected and access-limited systems, and we keep only what we need for as long as we need it. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
